JoinErrors


Web Client SDK might return errors in the callbacks or as return values. This list describes the possible joinErrors and how to mitigate them. If you receive an error code, cross-check here to get the semantics of the error and how to resolve it.

FraudDetected     A request from an unauthorized account or joining secured meetings without access/passcode expired.  Please contact the Admin for your enterprise.
HostAccountDisabled     Account is disabled Renew the account with the available plans or contact our support team if the problem persists.
InternalError     Unable to process the request due to an internal error.     Please try again to join the meeting after some time or contact our support team if the problem persists. 
InvalidMeetingIDOrPasscode     Session meeting ID and passcode are invalid. Please check the meeting ID and passcode and try again.
LoginRequired     Your enterprise forces users to log in while joining as a moderator. Since the Web Client SDK does not support logging into BlueJeans accounts, please disable the moderator login requirement to use this meeting with the Web Client SDK. 
MaxParticipantsExceeded     Maximum number of participants possible for this meeting have already joined. Upgrade your account to add more no. of participants to your call.
MeetingLocked     The host has been locked this meeting. No more participants are allowed to join the session.      If you wish to add more participants, disable the meeting lock.
NetworkError     No network available. Please check your network connection and try again.
RestrictedMeeting     This meeting is restricted Restricted meetings are not supported on the Web Client SDK. Please disable Restricted Meetings if you want to join the meeting via the SDK, please contact our support team.
TryAgainLater     Server has detected too many requests or request is termed unsafe.     You have hit our API rate limit. Please wait for a while and try again later.
