The issue is where embedded meeting instance is not allowing microphones and cameras to be accessed, as the permission prompts are not able to appear.
To enable the permission instance in the meeting, customers’ needs to add the element allow =” autoplay; microphone; camera” to the API <iframe src=https://bluejeans.com/meeting ID/webrtc?embed=true style="width: 100%; height: 600px;/> - Can I chat a person outside the meeting?Can I chat a person outside the meeting?
No. Chat can only be perfomed with the meeting participants.

Maximum number of participants supported on your meeting is based on the plan and differs for Trial plan, various E-COMM plans and Enterprise plans. For more details, refer here.

No. Chat bots are not supported as of now.

BlueJeans Web Embed SDK can only be used with an active BlueJeans subscription. There are no extra charges for using the Web Embed SDK.

The maximum capacity for scheduling meetings per day is 20 for a free trial. If you scheduled more than 20 meetings per day, the scheduling meeting API will be blocked for rest of the day.

No, closed captions are transient and not stored anywhere in the BlueJeans environment.

Yes, this feature is run completely within the BlueJeans environment in a secure manner. We use a 3rd party speech to text vendor installed in our data center and operated by us.
