Text Customization

BlueJeans provides a way to customize the text in your embedded screen, that your meeting participants would see. The use cases are listed below:

When only one participant joined a meeting

By default, BlueJeans show the text "You’re first! Please wait while others join”. If you want to change the text message as per your client, reach out to the support team. 

When participant(s) are waiting for the moderator

BlueJeans show the text "Waiting for moderator to start the meeting”, when a meeting only gets into a session when the moderator join and a participant joins earlier than moderator. You can customize the text according to your requirement by reaching out to the support team. 

Customize the text "No one is sharing their video"

BlueJeans provides an ability to customize the text string that your user to read when no one is sharing their video in the meeting. You can customize the text that shown to the participant when no video is shown in the meeting

Customize the text "Thanks for attending!"

When a meeting is ended and you have disabled app pitches, by default you would be shown the string “Thanks for attending!”. BlueJeans provides you the ability to customize the text string according to your requirement.
