Pre-requisites

• BlueJeans Account with Admin access
• A webhook must be associated with an application.
• To receive webhooks in development and production environments, the Event notification endpoint URL that you specify for each event subscription must.
  • Employ the https:// scheme.
  • Support TLSv1.2+ with a valid certificate chain. The certificate of your webhook endpoint must be issued by a Certificate Authority (CA). BlueJeans validates the certificate on the configured endpoint URL provided by the server. BlueJeans will not deliver the event request if the certificate isn't valid.
  • Should be able to respond with 200 OK.
• By default, you can configure 10 webhooks in the admin console. If you need more, please contact our support team.
